What we do

Four programs.
Same gym, same people.

Most folks start in our daily classes. Some come specifically for the women's program or the Parkinson's program, and a few want a coach to themselves. Wherever you land, you're training alongside the same crew.

Group Classes

Boxing and a serious workout

Mitt drills with a partner, then conditioning that hits harder than a treadmill. Different every day. New people welcome in every class.

You cannot fail
unless you quit.

Boxing is the skill. Getting in fighting shape is the side effect. Put in the work three days a week and by month three you won't recognize your conditioning.

Why BBBC

Why people stick around.

01

You'll actually learn to box

Mitts, combinations, footwork, defense. This isn't punching the air to a playlist. Stick around a few months and you'll have real skill, the kind you can feel.

02

A community that introduces itself

It's the thing reviewers won't shut up about. People hold the door, pair up with the new person, and know your name by your second visit. Fifteen years of that, on purpose.

03

Locally owned. Always has been.

Nathan opened the doors in 2010 because Ballard had no real boxing gym. There still aren't many. No franchise, no investors in another city deciding your class times.

Absolutely incredible gym and even better community. Nathan is an amazing coach who pushes you to be the best version of yourself you can be. Could not recommend this place enough; if you're even remotely thinking of trying a workout there, just do it.

This is a wonderful, warm, and welcoming studio that gives you an incredible workout. BBBC hits that sweet spot where you'll work hard and folks will introduce themselves to you and want to get to know you. Couldn't recommend more.

Kicks your ass in a fun way. Been coming here since 2017 because workouts here got me into better shape than any other gym I've been to and there is a great community.

The perfect place to really get in shape. There are both boxing classes and a weight room for lifting. A very friendly vibe combined with an always changing workout. You'll be dripping in sweat. Nathan is full of excellent fitness advice and is very motivating.

I joined this gym shortly after it opened and it's been a wonderful experience. The coaching, the community, the consistency. Best decision I made.
